With a new feature, Perkbox Recognition, we are now able to create company-wide polls to promote friendly competition and draw attention to outstanding employee efforts. We can also reward and showcase exceptional employee contributions; ensuring staff feel valued and are recognised for a job well done.
Another new feature which is soon to hit the Perkbox platform is Perkbox Insights. This will allow the admin of Perkbox to gather and understand employee feedback, so we can make meaningful improvements.
