A Massive Thank you to our lovely carer, Sarah Pignot. Sarah supports all the care staff and office staff, running our out of hours service, being at the end of the phone when the office is closed. Sarah recently went above and beyond her normal duties, leaving her home in the middle of the night to support a service user and her family. we received amazing feedback from the family member, who was over the moon with the service provided.
